DuPont de Nemours (Deutschland) GmbH
DuPont defines sustainability as a holistic approach within its value chains which is based on three pillars: environmental responsibility,: inclusion of people who are affected by the actions and decisions of the company, and economic success through market focus., In addition to its social and ethical core values the company formulated goals to reduce its own footprint as early as in 1990, and in the subsequent years, surpassed these goals again and again. In 2006, these goals were combined with sustainability goals along the value chains and integrated into all business models. On this basis, DuPont develops future-oriented products and solutions for the greatest global challenges of the present: increase in food production, independence from fossil fuels and protection of life and the environment.
