As the operator of the first commercial offshore wind park EnBW plans further installations in the North and Baltic Seas. The company is investing in modern power plants with a high degree of efficiency, is opting for a balanced and climate-friendly generation mix and intends to exploit the entire spectrum of renewable energies. EnBW has set the goal of increasing its share of renewable energies to 20 percent by 2020.

Founded in 2000 on the initiative of the Federation of German Industries (BDI), the goal of econsense is to provide a dialogue platform and think tank, with the dual objectives of advancing sustainable development in business and assuming social responsibility.
