Elections to the econsense Board of Directors

econsense General Assembly: Melanie Kubin-Hardewig and Dr. Nadine Sterley Elected to the Board – Daniel Schmid Re-elected as Chair

At the econsense General Assembly on June 6, 2025, in Berlin, the members elected Melanie Kubin-Hardewig (Vice President Group Corporate Responsibility, Deutsche Telekom AG) and Dr. Nadine Sterley (Chief Sustainability Officer, GEA Group AG) to the Executive Board.

Prof. Dr. Christof Ehrhart (Robert Bosch GmbH) is stepping down from the Board at his own request after ten years of service and was bid farewell with heartfelt thanks for his valuable contributions. All other Board members, along with Daniel Schmid as Chairman of the Board, were confirmed by the General Assembly.

Melanie Kubin-Hardewig:

Chairman of the Board Daniel Schmid:

The elected econsense Board now comprises ten members and consists of:

Dr. Thomas Koenen and Katarin Wagner are permanent members of the Executive Board in their capacity as members of management.
